What determines the value of your hour
The shift type and the day worked change the premium base, so each category is entered separately.Daytime or night
A night hour falls between 19:00 and 6:00. More than four night hours makes the shift a night shift for duration.
Night overtime
The MTPS applies the 25% night premium to the already doubled hour: 2.5 times the basic hour.
Special days
Daytime overtime is 3 times the basic hour on a rest day and 4 times on a holiday; the night premium applies to those bases.
